These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of olcdigitalratings.com (the "Site"), operated by OLC Digital Ratings ("OLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

OLC Digital Ratings publishes independently calculated, computer-generated power ratings, rankings, projections, and related statistics for a range of sports and leagues. Our ratings are derived algorithmically from publicly available game results and are not the product of subjective polling, editorial voting, or human rankings panels.

OLC Digital Ratings is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, NAIA, NFL, CFL, MLS, NWSL, any conference, team, or any other organization referenced on the Site. All team names, logos, and league names remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes.

2. Informational Use Only — No Wagering Advice

Content on the Site, including ratings, rankings, and projections, is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, advice for betting, wagering, or any other form of gambling. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and you assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information found on the Site.

3. No Warranty; Accuracy of Information

We work to keep ratings and data current and accurate, but sports data can change quickly and source data may itself contain errors or delays. The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our rating methodology may be refined or changed at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, graphics, ratings methodology, underlying software, and the specific numerical outputs of our rating system are the property of OLC Digital Ratings unless otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, systematically extract, republish, redistribute, or create derivative databases from Site content without our prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce; (b) attempt to access any administrative, non-public area of the Site; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation; or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-Party Advertising and Links

The Site displays advertising served by Google and potentially other third-party advertising networks. We do not control the content of these advertisements. The Site may also link to third-party websites for reference; we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked external site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLC Digital Ratings and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
